Can I pause my subscription?Updated a month ago

There is no option to pause your subscription, but you can skip your next shipment and change your next order date through your Zend Wellness account:

• Log in to your Zend Wellness account by clicking the customer icon at the top right of the website.
• Click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS" in the top navigation menu.
• Click the "Skip" or "Next Order Date" button under your active subscription.
